The Threefold Impact Leaders Fellowship (TILF) is a 12-week leadership development journey designed to equip emerging and aspiring leaders with the knowledge, skills, mentorship, networks, and practical insights needed to lead with purpose and create sustainable impact.
Over the course of 12 weeks, fellows will have the opportunity to learn from 12 distinguished mentors who bring diverse experiences, expertise, and perspectives across leadership, entrepreneurship, business, social impact, and personal development.
Each week presents a new opportunity to learn, reflect, connect, and grow—creating a transformative experience that goes beyond the classroom and prepares fellows to become intentional leaders within their communities and beyond.
With over 100 people already registered, the response to the fellowship has demonstrated a growing desire among young people and emerging leaders to develop themselves, embrace purposeful leadership, and become catalysts for positive change.
